This is the way to get yourself acclimated to eating breakfast. I wasn't much of a breakfast person growing up, but now I love it. I'm a big oatmeal gal most mornings, but this granola would be a real treat!

I always skip my breakfast as well. It used to be because I'd only wake up in time for brunch, but now that I'm working, I just find it a hassle to sit down and have a proper one! I'm gonna try this out; it looks really easy yet absolutely delish!

Lisa - don't you hate when that happens? :)

Amanda - hopefully breakfast will be my favourite meal of the day too. Getting used to it slowly... Granola and yoghurt rocks!

Gretchen - A fellow non-brekky eater! :) It's hard getting used to eating it, I must say.

Ellie - Sure is! :)

Granola is the same thing as toasted muesli, right? I mix up my own raw muesli mix, but have wanted to give a toasted version a try!

I have to say, I have had to work on eating breakfast as i am the same...I just don't love waking up and eating. Granola is one of those go to things for me when i don't have time to do something more. I can always grab a bowl and combine granola with yogurt for a perfect breakfast treat. This looks delicious!
