oh wow! salted caramel has been my obsession for the past year…I have made it and then eaten every last bit. I can’t even imagine how delicious this ice cream is!

Oh yum!! I love salted caramel with an absolute passion ever since I had a gorgeous rich chocolate mousse with a pool of salted caramel hidden at the bottom. Heaven!

I had seen the recipe on David Lebovitz website… Sigh… It’s just too cold in NY right now to consider making ice cream but it looks amazing!
